9/11: Derailing the ‘Multipolar World’

This September 11th, the Schiller Institute NYC Chorus will perform pieces by Beethoven (the 9th Symphony) and Brahms (Nänie)—which are their compositions based on the poetry of Friedrich Schiller—to “To properly remember and pay tribute to the victims of 9/11/2001 attacks and the ongoing quarter century of continuous wars since then,” as the invitation to the event says. The day after, the 2026 BRICS Summit will be convened. We explore here the emergence of the Russia-India-China “strategic triangle,” proposed by former Russian Prime Minister Primakov in 1998, as the basis for BRICS, and how the Russia-China proposals at that time for a “multipolar world” led the neo-cons to form the Project for a New American Century (PNAC). Following 9/11, those same neo-cons plunged the world into chaos to target that emerging new system—which is the basis for the current wars in both Ukraine and Iran.
