LaRouche: "A New Strategy for the United States"

In this September 4, 1999 keynote speech to an international Schiller Institute conference, presidential candidate Lyndon LaRouche explains the strategy behind his idea of a "New Bretton Woods" economic system where a community of principle of perfectly sovereign nation states are guaranteed the right to progress and development, free of colonial dominance and exploitation.

After the death of Roosevelt in 1945, the British manipulated their puppet Harry Truman to abandon that commitment, with Churchill and his friends systematically tearing down FDR's system replacing it with a policy of global nuclear terror, initiated by the dropping of two atomic bombs on Japan and consolidated after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Today, Americans must decide: stick with the British policy and march to thermonuclear hell, or finally return to true American principles and "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity."
