Change the US to Change the World

Tonight’s Weekly Battle Report features the intervention made this past Friday by US independent presidential candidate Diane Sare (2028) into a roundtable discussion held by EIR and the International Peace Coalition, “Solve the Immigration Crisis with Development.”

In her presentation, Sare posed in no uncertain terms her concern of the destructive power of the United States, but that there is a historic identity of the United States as a republic which renders it possible to do the good for all of mankind, and she set forward a series of concrete projects- missions- that can be taken up to restore that goodness. This, the redirection of the United States as a presidential concept–on a presidential level–IS the urgent change needed to turn the tide for the world.

Also covered tonight is the backlash over a recent attack on Jose Vega (NY-15), as covered in a press release issued by the campaign “Botched Attack on Jose Vega Reveals Major Financial Conflicts of Interest in Ritchie Torres Campaign.”  What has been exposed is that Jose Vega is not a corrupt sellout- the corrupt sellout is his opponent Ritchie Torres.
