As talks continue in Berlin between the U.S. and the Zelensky regime to end the NATO war against Russia, a peaceful conclusion depends on EU/NATO regimes giving up their intent to destabilize Russia. Instead of fighting to maintain a bankrupt, hopelessly indebted financial order, a mutually-beneficial strategic and development architecture is emerging.
