As US Presidential Candidate Diane Sare warns about in her new statement, Carney is moving now to establish a NATO bank, while positioning himself as the new patron saint of “multilateralism.” In reality, like the former Bank of England, Montagu Norman, and his collaboration with Reichsbank head, Hjalmar Shacht, demoralization due to deindustrialization leads to fascism—like the Schacht-Norman Hitler project showed.
