LaRouche in Dialogue with Peru

Speaking via video hook-up, 2000 presidential candidate Lyndon LaRouche delivered this keynote address and fielded questions to a conference of the College of Public Accountants in Lima, Peru, on February 25, 2000. In contrast to the carnival "geek show" typified by Secretary of State Marco Rubio's antics currently on display at the Trump White House, LaRouche's dialogue here clearly set a standard for how an American president ought to deliberate and work with Ibero-American nations to actually solve the economic crisis for the mutual benefit of all.
