Rubio in Munich, Defends Blinken's "Rules-Based Order" Global Dictatorship

Little Marco Rubio presented the new version of the City of London' s Rules-Based Order in a speech to the Munich Security Conference. Not surprisingly, he was applauded by the European leaders, who are busy prepping for war with Russia and China.
