The Courage to Think and Act Can Change History
The war policy of the trans-Atlantic financial elite, otherwise referred to as the “Epstein class,” has utterly failed, as it was destined to from the beginning, though many within that grouping are still desperately clinging to the notion that they can succeed.
Regarding NATO’s war against Russia—with Ukraine as the theater—Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was explicit that there will be no change in the policy of Russia, as is now being seen by the increased military action in Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv. Vitali Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, has advised residents who have the means to consider temporarily leaving the city ahead of the winter. There is no compromise to be made with the Europeans, who are currently preparing more military support for Ukraine, and even going so far as to psychologically prepare their own populations for a general war with Russia.
In Southwest Asia, the warfare continues, with attacks and counter-attacks between Saudi Arabia and the Houthi forces in Yemen, creating yet another volatile humanitarian situation in the region. Of the 42 million people in Yemen, some 5 million now lack basic water, food and sanitation, with diseases such as cholera and measles surging as well. The Strait of Hormuz remains closed by Iran, strangling the transport of fuels, grain and other vital supplies to nations, caused by the United States’ own incompetence to properly deal with Iran’s leadership in a responsible manner. President Trump, not learning from the British attempts in his first term to sabotage his Presidency with the bogus Russiagate scandal, has unfortunately been flooded by British intelligence, as the infamous Kim Darroch dossier in 2019 proscribed be done.
The efforts of the forces of late American economist and statesman Lyndon LaRouche, and associated groups such as the International Peace Coalition (IPC), and the independent campaigns of Presidential Candidate Diane Sare and Congressional Candidate Jose Vega, can create the basis for a revolution in policy, provided that the citizenry makes a revolution in their axioms, of what can be accomplished. The perspective of Lyndon LaRouche’s Oasis Plan for development of Southwest Asia, through the construction of nuclear-powered desalination plants and development corridors based on high-tech manufacturing and agricultural production, is one such “practical” step that can change the strategic situation.
Other interventions, such as from the students of France now demonstrating for a higher quality of education, which is spreading to nations like Argentina, and the demonstration of hundreds of thousands of Spanish citizens against the forced eviction of the late Maricarmen Abascal, who died at 87 years old, represent the potential that can be created.
There is no reason to despair, provided one has the courage to think, and act.
