The 'Graveyard of Empires' (And Republics)
As Helga Zepp-LaRouche told associates earlier this week, the war in Iran may be the limit of imperial overreach for Israel and the United States, who have fought this war for their sponsors in the City of London. George Washington warned us in his farewell address that our republic would cease to exist if we pursued such foreign entanglement, often instigated at the behest of partisan politics--which he vehemently opposed. To restore our Republic, and ensure we are not buried in the graveyard of empires, we need to end our foreign entanglements in Iran and Ukraine, and join the global majority for a new development and security architecture.
