The World Land-Bridge

The World Land-Bridge was conceived of by Lyndon and Helga LaRouche in the early 1990s as a global policy of "Peace Through Development." Discussions with Chinese policy makers led to a 1996 conference in Beijing to discuss the New Silk Road-a network of development corridors crossing Eurasia.

Founder and president of the international Schiller Institute, Helga Zepp-LaRouche, was interviewed by Chinese host Yang Rui at the CCTV studio in Beijing, China on April 15, 2014.
