Trump-Putin Phone Call Today, New Strategic Architecture Tomorrow?

Why is Sir Keir talking about a "Coalition of the Willing" to continue the proxy war in Ukraine?  Why is Macron insisting on NATO "peace-keepers" in Ukraine?  These two little men with puffed up egos are speaking on behalf of a global oligarchy, which wants to continue the war in Ukraine to "weaken" or "break apart" Russia.  The development of a new relationship between the U.S. and Russia would serve as a step towards a new strategic architecture.
