Who Is Threatening to Launch Nuclear War?

Friday Questions: Has Putin threatened to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine?  Why would Russia sabotage the Nord Stream pipelines?  Who benefits from this?  Why are the "Deep State - Military Industrial Complex" forces opposed to a Russian-German rapprochement?  And what can the U.S. do to regain credibility and be trusted again by the Non-Aligned nations?
